The Wager

Post by eMTe »

From official site:

"You are an explorer, going head-to-head with the sinister Sir Lester Marwood. You have to prove yourself the best explorer over the course of one year, by discovering the most treasures and making the most money out of your discoveries. But there are many dangers along the way!"

Game is turn-based. Both you and Marwood (computer) explore the map and who gets most gold after 365 days wins. You sail around the map, discover islands, manage supplies, hire crew, trade etc. I havent finished the game, because I was bored after 30 mins., maybe it's not my type. I submit it though, you never know to whom it can appeal.

Looks like the trading games back from good old C64 times. I think I might like it.

I never played any trading game for C64, so I must believe you that it does!
