Over at Socoder.net, I figured it'd be a nice idea to have a weekly email, filled with all the random ongoings on the site, and a few extra bits inbetween.
46 weeks later, the newsletter's still going strong, and it's kinda fun spending a good 3 hours each friday, sitting down and writing a mountain of rubbish.
It's fun, and I'm enjoying it, but I'm heading to #50, and thinking that it could do with a wee bit more in it.
One thing I've liked is the scope of the Games section. From humble "games on Socoder" beginnings, it's gradually expanded to now encompass the latest games from PixelProspector.com and also Slumlord's Youtube pickings.
It's a great little section, but it's time to expand it once again.
With your permission, I'd love to start grabbing bits and pieces from the Freeware Games section, here at CWF. As most of you know, I've been around here for ages, and there are some really cracking games here that a lot of people don't quite get to see.
So, as way of giving back, and also taking a wee bit for myself , I'll nick some links and send folk your way.
Assuming that's ok....
Is it!?
*shrugs*

That is of course quite ok.

I think that's a great idea. Spread the word. Some games deserve to be known better.

Re: Weekly Newsletter...?
First newsletter with CWF stuff included..
Read here, or even Subscribe here!
I've only added 3 games for now, because I'm not really sure what the rate here is. There's usually a decent "bump" rate in the forum, but New stuff is probably a lot lower.. I've never really noticed which is which, because there's always been a decent bunch of topics lit up!!
So, um... The latest 3 are there, and I'll try to keep track of all new stuff, from here onwards.
Although, if the numbers do drop, I could always delve into the archive.
It's a big archive!!
