Total overdose

Post by Chroelle »

Well I got this game cheap, and I am glad I did. However much atmosphere was in the game, and the atmosphere is REALLY GREAT, I did lack a lot gameplaywise. If a game wants to live up to GTAIII's standard, then it has to have more than a short, tired storyline of betrayal and corruption.
The main character never comes to life and his story is uninteresting. HOWEVER... The bullettime-feature is always welcome, and the loco moves are nothing short of brilliant.
The soundtrack is AMAZING. Molotov provides so much atmosphere to the game that it simply reakes LOCO AMIGO all the way.

The ending does point in the direction of a sequal, but since we haven't heard anything yet, then I do think that we will be cheated of a second overdose.

Have you played this game, and what was your experience?
Currently testing Life version 2.9 (With added second child)
(Beta testing in progress)

Nah, the only GTA clone I've played is Saint's Row. That's pretty good, mind you, but not out on PC.
