Nah, just maim :D

Actually I just did an update of the list of games that need to be validated for the GH's.
I also wrote a thread in the German forum for one of them to apply to the GH.
eMTe can you maybe ask in the Polish corner. You can just copy my thread in the German corner if you don't wan't it to be in Polish.

A question about game hunters, when they validate the games are they getting a screen shot too so that there is atleast one screenshot per game for when the DL page is sorted? Just wondering

Made similar post long time ago. But the forum is a bit dead. :( Unlike OG one, so this fully explains things.

Still persuading to join the squad two people via messenger (OK, persuading one and picking up second one ;) ).

We make sure to get at least one screenshot and preferbly more. The GH's do not get any particular info besides what is written in the Freeware forum thread on the game. When a request thread is made (a thread to decide if a game should be in here) the first post is generally just a link to the thread in freewareforum and a poll of 1-6.
Then they download the game and play it, and once they feel they have gotten the feel of the game they submit their validation in the poll, pressing 1-6.
When 3 or more GH's have voted we decide the games fate. If the average is 4 or over it is accepted. 3 and below is not accepted.
I know that FM is speculating in some fancy work to make sure that the screenies will look cool on the downloadspage, and not take up to much space... But there will always be screenies, otherwise we will make sure there will be some very fast.

mm.. Diz... You do not happend to have experience in javascript? ;) (As Curly mentioned, I had some ideas which would affect the outlook of game info page.. (Sorry for constantly changing things :| ) I represented them in dev forum...

Also, there will be more than 1 genre / game. I have actually written the code for game - info page and I even hope it works :re: (It's not updated on CWF server yet though, I need first to fix a few bugs + edit the search thingee)....

I did have very limited experience in JavaScript but that was a few years ago, doubt I could do anything useful. I have been meaning to pick it back up again...infact I am getting the web developers bible for my birthday which has how to do JavaScript in it, so maybe once I learn/remember I could help you out, but at the moment I'd be no use to you there.

Anyways, you should probs know what I'm planning / suggesting / thinking.. And perhaps you could give me some ideas regarding displaying the user ratings. Anyways, I represented my ideas in 'how to implement this' thread in dev forum.. I'm sorry, the post(s) in that thread are not... well, opaque :D I stared a php file for some hours too long :|

CRASH!!!!

Hi guys and gals. Let me get a cool beer from the tab. I have just been sitting in my boss's (which funny enough is his name too) office and sweated over some computerfiles that went missing, just to find out that the only problem was that he had duplicate accounts and logged in to the wrong one this time around...
Sweating my brains out, since there are no windows that can open down there....
