The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall

Daggerfall was just made freeware just like the first installment Arena.

The Elder Scrolls have survived as a trademark for 15 years now, and that has made Bethesda release the second installment in the game for free as well.

The game might need Dosbox to run on your machine. Please find that here on the site as well if you need it.

I am not sure we can host this though, but it is still worth a mention. I will look into the hosting issue.

Yeah, I just read that myself today. Of course, havingbought it on the day it came out, and having played it for months on end, I don't need a freeware version myself.

Hopefully it comes with the 10,000 patches needed to make it playable.
