Could someone please change the subject. I'm starting to have a guilty conscience....
I'm not very good at inviting my GF out either. I'm more of a stay at home and relax, or maybe go to a friends house and just cozy up with them. I'm not that much into going to disco's, pubs, restaurants and café's. Well sometimes I do, and then I have a great time, so I don't actually know why I don't go more often...

teehee, I like staying at home too but not all the time even if it was just for a special occassion then I would be happy like my birthday and his birthday thats two nights out of the whole year...I don't think that asks too much of him. plus if it was a pub outting it would be a quite pub I hate noisy crowded places.
Anyway end of subject.
eerrr hmmm...subject change....errrr....
free drinks for a whole week to the person who changes the topic first

But I was born before Chernobyl and in the same year as Three Mile Island, so I have a darn good ideaohhh that sounds like fun SG, then again you weren't even born then, so you don't really know what the difference is
It means that the thanks to the people demontration and grteat wisdom it was prevented the instalation of nuclear power plants in the countryKicked the nuclear out of the country???
Errrmmmm... What does this mean?
(I'm just interested )
Was it Das. Are you telling me you don't know what is a Saturday night for over 2 yearsWell my saturday will most likely end up the same way all my saturdays for the past 2 years have been spent...at home. But maybe one saturday my boyfriend will listen to me telling him it would be nice to go out...but I doubt that very much
I have a suggestion. Tell him that you know a great harsh-joint or a very nice pub that you would like very much to go out with him and if he doesn't accept in a fortnight or a month, then he can kiss the backrubs goodbye.yeah, well mine is normally spent on my computer, his computer or my laptop while he is on one of the other ones. I don't mind too much I wouldn't be with him if I did, it would just be nice if one day he turns around and says hey lets go to the pub or out for a meal tonight.
Or if he's the little jealous type, say that I will go with you if he doesn't

I hope my former gf doesnt write exactly the same words on some forum just atm...Ancsur2002 wrote:Just like my previous bf... always the same every night... watching TV and nothing else...![]()

The problem with me is that I dont like to go out too often, even if my friends are just having a good party. I have some friends who go out 2 or 3 times a week just like they wanted to say "hey, I'm always in pub, I always have fun, I'm always drunk and everybody knows I'm cool". I'm a homebird, I dont hide it and it's hard task to persuade me to go out if I think it's not so necessary... All women I know like to be "taken" somewhere whatever it is (cinema, pub, ice-rink), dont know what are your experiences, but I'm sometimes fed up with all this going out, just to show people that I'm not dead yet...

I'm meant during the demonstrations in your contry and the over all feeling when it was prevented from happening, I don't mean any actual disasters that concerned nuclear power. So your celebrating the prevention which is good and I am sure you will enjoy it...its always good when things happen thanks to demostrations, and I am sure that those that took part will have a lot to celebrate and you have a lot to thank them for.

Yes I have and since they're trying to ressurrect the topic I should go and make a stand that nuclear is not a viable option for such a small country like ours and in a time when everyone is fastening the belt.I'm meant during the demonstrations in your contry and the over all feeling when it was prevented from happening, I don't mean any actual disasters that concerned nuclear power. BTW eMTe, do you like having a good conversation with your friends (maybe watered by a little wine) at night when you all have a good time and when it reaches high in the night/morning you still all feel great?

I think going nuclear does depend on the country. We can't do it here in Aust, even if we needed it. Wouldn't be worth the hassle. There is one small nuclear reactor in the whole nation used only for scientific stuff and nuclear medicine, and people protest the heck out of it wanting it gone. I often wonder if their protest would extend to refusing the chemotherapy treatments that are made there if any of them ever get cancer
.
Anyway, enough Council Chamber topic in the bar. Time to find something else to talk about...ermm....maybe I'll think of something later....help anyone!

Ah well, I can always finish this post and go annoy Baldie instead

Nah, it's not about showing my face to other ppl, it's about not doing the very same thing every day and night. It DOES kill a relationship. And it's not about coolness either, it's just some spice of life. I adore relaxing at home, or just watching a film, but not 365 days a year... Sometimes we go and drink a tea or a coffee at some quiet and cozy place with my bf, (yes, we could make coffee at home too) just for a change, and it's worth it. Or go out in the forest and walk, os maybe to the cinema... and the nice thing is that all this makes BOTH of us happier. If you don't like going anywhere sometime, then just search for a sweetheart that likes what you do and you'll have a really great time together, I'm sure. We are all different so it's not a problem that I like this and you like thateMTe wrote:I hope my former gf doesnt write exactly the same words on some forum just atm...You sound just like her...

Ohh, I feel so much like writing this that I cannot help it...
<- Why the heck does this smiley remind me so much of Baldie(-san)? From the very first moment I saw it in the Smilie Wish thread, I've related it to my experienced nemesis.
Perhaps Baldie(-san) himself or perhaps Prideth(-san) could comment on this issue. ^^;
