Of course, it's also possible that it is Peter in disguise, but I don't know his biography that well.

Do you want to know what's even crazier than the fact I guessed this, is that I've owned this movie for years but never watched it. Got it in a combo pack with about 5 other Cagney movies...I think it is fate, must watch now.
