Re: Guess the comic
Looks like a Marvel comic from the 80s. Hard to tell which on though.

Hell he does!Pager wrote:that looks like Lee Marvin.
But he's not. And it's not Marvel comic. And it's not American. And it was turned into tv series.

Re: Guess the comic
Well, it's not THIS, but it could have been kind of cool.

Re: Guess the comic
It's not MASH, instead it is deadly serious.
I thought gray smudge on Jason Fly's/Steve Rowland's/Ross Tanner's/El Cascador's hair would do the trick or maybe somebody watched the tv series (in fact there are now two tv series). Apparently nobody.

Re: Guess the comic
The MASH comic doesn't exist, it's a joke.
I was not even aware that XIII originated in comics. Now the art direction of that terrible game makes a lot more sense.

Re: Guess the comic
Well, XIII is pretty well executed for a comic series. There are of course many cliches and overused plot twists including characters surviving explosions etc., but XIII never falls into mediocrity, thanks to Van Hamme.

Re: Guess the comic
All right. Which comic crossover event are we talking about here?
Re: Guess the comic
Howard the Duck/Spawn?

Re: Guess the comic
A good try, but while that is Howard the Duck, that side of the crossover is a bit broader, and there are no Spawn here. Extra hint: What is Howard the Duck doing?
Re: Guess the comic
Oh, he's a zombie!
I just recognized that I even own this comic. It's "Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness".

Re: Guess the comic
Well, I don't have anything. Worse, it has just come to my attention that Google's new picture search kind of renders these guessing games obsolete. I can drag any picture into the search engine and have the answer in two seconds. It's a powerful tool, and kind of, sort of fun to drag cropped pictures into it and see what other matches come up.
I finally know where MT's avatar came from...
...and it's VERY entertaining to search on personal pictures that aren't on the internet and see what the search comes up with.

Before Google Images, there was TinEye.
That Google thing is scary, I uploaded my avatar and it knew it was a Zombatar... by name.
