I'm pretty sure I know the game. But the only Wild West games that come to my mind are "High Noon", "Westbank" and "Law of the West". And it's none of them...

This must be some sci-fi game. The guy obviously appears from some kind of time portal (easy to recognize by the glowing yellow light).
