Well since there are no Liechtensteiners in here to tease, I'll just brag instead. Denmark-Liechtenstein 4-0. :D

The only problem is that we played a draw against Northern Ireland, which leaves us with bad odds in the second place of a wide open group. And with our next match against Spain.... I am a bit nervous since we already screwed up during the last qualifications...

Denmark has never lost, and will never lose to Spain!

(Super Ego: 1986, second round.)

Alright, at least this time the Danes will overcome the Spaniards!

Nothing against Spain, Denmark just happens to be one of those football nations I feel strongly for...

Finland on the other hand beat Kazakhstan, which meant theoretically everything is still possible within the respective group. Had there not been that disgustingly dream-wrecking 0-0 stalemate draw against Armenia just a couple of days earlier, this would really look promising for this small country. Too bad Scots lost their match against Ukraine; Walter Smith's miracle still is a long way from coming true. v_v

edit: Kazakhstan, not Kazakshtan, eh?

I am hoping you are right... :D

But since the group is wide open and the teams below us has a good chance of taking us over.... I am rather nervous.

Well to be honest I didn't watch the game. I am farr too busy studying, playing computer games, going out with friends, planning my first campaign and plotting to conquer the world and wipe out humanity to care about football, especially after those months of the world cup in which everything was talked about football.

So Congratulations to Poland, Sack Scolari and let someone tell Eric to show up in hewre that I'll pay him a drink of his choice

Hi all.

Just thought I'd poke my nose in and say hello. Just started a new job, and it is taking up a lot the time I used to spend happily on the internet and playing games. Nowdays, a few hours in the evenings, and on weekends will be all, darnit. Have to pay the bills though.
Good to hear that Prideth.

BTW where are you working? And doing what?
Sorry it has taken me a while to answer your questions.

I'm working for a call centre, the biggest in Australia in fact. Our company only exists within Australia and is Australian operated, but is owned by the American Excel group.

I am a DA agent, which translates as answering directory assistance, paging and messenging calls from clients of a couple of Australia's mobile phone companies. It is a good job, and I'm really enjoying it. Best part is it is all inbound calls, and no selling. In fact we are encouraged to make the calls finish as fast as possible, so even any customer assistance stuff is minimal. Basically they call in, we give them the number they want or take their message, then hang up.

I passed my first probation review easily earlier this week, so think this job will last quite a while, assuming of course I can pass the other two the same. We are kept on probation for 3 months, and either the employee or company can terminate employment at anytime during that period without notice.

Have also just switched from fulltime to part time recently, so will have more time to net surf :p.

Great to hear that. It seems everything is going for the better and that the problems with not hiring people over 35 are over for you. Hope to see you more often now.

BTW are you and Baldie still sharing the house?

Gladly, and for being such a good-behaved kid here is something special for you .... Prized Belgian Black wheat beer with 12º strong for you

This has been a weird day. I really got some stuff done in the forum as well as at work... I'm off i half an hour and will be back to my sucky internet connection later today... Just got a kitchen to build in between... :D
My workplace has such a fast internetconnection that it took me no time to upload Trackmania Nations which is a 236 MB IIRC upload. Took about 8 minutes. Took me 4 hours + at home....
Also uploaded some tools... Things are starting to happen :D

Hi everyone
SG... Let me have some wisniowka on your tab as you had something on mine in Tavern...

BTW, stop ordering Guiness, it's starting to stink
Rule nº 1 for every bar welp, never, but ever cross the owner. He's a Gos and a DM in his bar

Rule nº2 Owners/Founders don't have a tab

But since I'm on a good mood, you may have a glass of Porto
