Project wonderful is a newly started project in advertising, that stands by its motto: It should be fair.
So there is not really any way to cheat in Project Wonderful.
If you want to run ads for your site, then you go in and write what you are willing to pay (max) for advertising on a particular site. You can use searchterms to find the sites that match your targetgroup, your pricelevel or just search for free advertising. Free advertising is when a site has an open slot for advertising and no-one is biding on it yet. As long as you are the only one interested in a slot, you get advertising for free. But with Project wonderfuls growth spurt, then I have no doubts that sites wont be free for long.
If you want to have ads running on your site, then you go in and choose the size, shape and amount of your ads. You then place them on your site and they are now targets for auctioning. This means that you now can start receiving money. The general tendency is that after a week all your ad-slots are filled and you start receiving paying advertisers.
Do you get paid pr click, pr show or what...?
NO, and that is the good part. You get paid pr. day. This means that the only clicks that are generated are relevant ones. Also you are sure that you dont get an unnaturally high amount of pageviews. And the last good thing is that your ad is shown for a long time instead of MAYBE showing up on a site from time to time.
Currently Project Wonderful is mostly comic-book advertisers, so go have a look at the sites, since a lot of these comics are quite good.
