Actually it is DV's turn. He guessed it before me, but he is saying that he is not sure he wants to submit a new game if he wins. So we need to check with him first if he still has no ideas of what to use...

Let's see...hmm...I'm going to guess Starfighter.

That is of course a huge guess...and, you know it kind of looks like that online space game from the mid-90's...

Oh sorry. didn't see your posts. It would actually be hard to guess if you don't know it. Just say if i should tell what it is.
It's not Starfighter. It is inspired by herzog zwei, star control, subspace, homeworld, and parsec47
It was probably a bit unfair to intentionally take a game we didn't have on the site :)

Edit: hint; it has the number "88" in the title.
It's not a game you would typically find when searching for freeware or open source games. It was one i found during a period when i was 'googling' for space exploration games, or something like that.

Way too easy, then.

I remember playing that game's demo through. This and "Escape from Delirium" (or something like that) are the two adventure games that haunt me because I've never completed them - only the demos.

I hope I find full versions and complete them before I die.
