Cover flow effect code?

Post by Chroelle »

Hi guys.

Does anyone know where to a script that easily creates a cover flow effect of pictures you submit to it? The cover flow effect is what you get on Ipods, and in a lot fo other Mac-products. It is a way to scroll through different pictures while being able to see the line of pictures coming up.

I would love to find something for my own website, that I can help me show off the webpages I made so far, and it would of course also look amazing on the front of this page, if that is somethiing we want. :)

While I'm tempted to put a Let Me Google That For You link, here's one.

I googled it and found a vast majority of either paid solutions or something that was only workable for people that know WAYYYY more code stuff than me (or at least javascript), and so I thought that perhaps someone in here might know of a place - and whadda you know. An amazing result. :D Thanks Zyx. It looks like a solution I can do something with. :)

Hm... I can't seem to figure out how to add the images... Any quick tips? I read the whole documentation part but still came out clueless. I thought I had it, but then I got no result, so I am worried that it is propably just an error in the code I needed to do, or my understanding of the one provided.

Anyone on this one???

I am putting together a site of seriously good looking stuff for peoples websites, so I can make a little on the side to cover expenses. Problem is for more or less amateur webdesigners like myself - people get a lot of their needs covered on sites like Facebook, and picasa, flickr etc.

Alot of the stuff I can contribute with can be done through these services, so I decided to try and gather the services, and make a site that helps people find the services needed, and make a site that has all of them for their complete needs. :)

I don't know if you figured it out, but here's an example.

Very cool! Thanks alot. I can use this to learn from.
I haven't had time to get to the bottom of this yet, so this will speed up my learning.
