IE8 and this place

Post by Chroelle »

I recently upgraded from IE7 to IE8, and it seems this site has some issues with that. When I try to write longer posts than what fits the box, it insists on returning me so I can view the first line, even while keeping the cursor where I want to write now. This means that for every letter I write it pops down to let me see that I worte the letter and then instantly turns back to the first line, making it impossible to concentrate on what you are writing.
Has anyone else had problems of this sort with the site.

Does anyone have IE8 installed currently and visiting this forum without any issues?

I've got it at work... but haven't tried this site out with it. I'll try to remember to test it out next week.

Yep, I can get both Quick Reply and the Post Reply box to jump on IE8.

I don't know what triggers it, because it doesn't always happen in the Quick Reply box.

Fun.
