Dot Order Tie

Post by eMTe »

A nameless man has found his life to be lacking...something. He has a beautiful, loving wife and two perfect children. He has as much money as he needs, but not more. He has various hobbies and diversions. He has many friends, and is quite a distinguished gentleman. He does not, however, have a tie.

After a great deal of research in his favorite library, he comes across an old legend. The legend speaks of a great tie, one of unfathomable perfection. The tie was fought over for centuries by many powerful and honorable men. When the wars over it grew too great, its owner, fearing the ruin of the entire world, destroyed it. Or so he tried.

The tie was too perfect to destroy. So perfect, in fact, that reality itself would not allow it. The best he could do was break it into pieces, and store them within a vast labyrinth, protected by doors locked with codes known only to him.

As time passed, interest in the tie waned, and eventually ran out altogether.

Strange ruins have surfaced recently that seemed to be related to the fabled tie, but no clear connection could be made. A structure resembling a door has been found, but stands free of any room or building. Out of curiosity, the nameless gentleman visited the structure. As he stood before it, the air around him seemed to twist and warp, and he found himself standing in an ancient and flawlessly built chamber.

And so he came to enter the labyrinth.

Your objective is to guide the man through the maze, collecting all of the fragments of the legendary tie along the way.
Along the way you will encounter locked doors, the codes to which can be found in certain rooms around the maze. There are also several chambers which do not have an obvious entrance. It is up to you to find a way into them.
