A billiards game, where you can play, game types such as 8 ball and card ball. It is mainly intended to be a online game, but the client can be played just as fine offline. It can be viewed in both 3D and top-down 2D view mode. It is developed by Neoact, and can be found on GAMEIS.com
The controls are simple. Hold down CTRL and move the mouse back and forward.
In the first picture you can see that there is a "Practice" button. There you can choose between 8 ball, card ball, 4 ball and 3 ball. You can also choose between eight different playing environments. There is no computer AI to play against though. In this mode you do not have to be connected to the internet to play.

I think that even if you stripped away all the online features of this game, this would still be an excellent game, even though you can only play hot seat. There are many multiplayer games that doesn't have a computer AI and are still good. Couldn't it be in both the online and offline section? No offense, of course, thats just what i think.
I think we decided some time ago that multiplayer games can stay in the freeware forum as long as they are freeware and not browswer games. Or did I misunderstand it?
"Savage: The Battle for Newerth" and "True Combat: Elite" are in the freeware forum for example. And these don't even have a single player training mode or a hot seat option.

It goes in the freeware section. World of Warcraft would go in the online gaming section as it hasn't got an offline option to play and isn't free to play..
Think about Trackmania, which has its biggest gameplay online, but has plenty to offer offline. This was one of the reasons why we decided to host online games too.
