IMDB claims it might be Die Hard III (which I havent seen, or maybe did, but I got asleep some time in the middle of the movie).

I'm pretty sure that I know the uniform.

Maybe the original "Battlestar Galactica"? On the other hand I don't remember that they ever fought with swords... :dontknow:
