Please give me a good red wine!

I´m a bit excited because I´m applying for a new job tomorrow morning. So I think it might be good for my nerves to drink this single glass of wine and go to bed afterwards...

Well, it´s certainly not very well paid, but I don´t care because I like the concept. The job is in a farm kindergarten, which means it is a kindergarten in which the children should learn to experience their environment and the nature with all their senses. They have their own animals (like sheep, goats, pigs) and have to care for them and also own fields where they learn about botanic and farming. Also there are some children with autism and similar handicaps integrated in this kindergarten...

I don´t know how well I did today. Think I will have to wait till next week when they tell me if I´m invited again.

Speaking as someone in the same line of work... That sounds like an awesome job. We have similar (almost) institutions in Denmark, but they are all a good long way from where I live, so I cant get a job there because of the commute.
Other than that I am looking forward to hearing how it went for you. I am "pressing my thumbs" :D (Means crossing my fingers directly translated from German.)

Sorry, I´m a bit tired at the moment (had to get up at 4:20 am for the last four days) and so I forgot about it.

It seems my first talk with them went alright. They invited me to do a 2 day hospitation (does this word exist in english?) next week, so I can see if I really like the work and they can see if I fit in their team. So it doesn´t look to bad...

P.S.: Happy birthday, Icarus! :birthday:

I need a beer following this week. All days I have been late at work trying to get our theaterplay together. I have been working around the clock on some features, and we had our first show today. Tomorrow is the two "real" shows.

Yesterday Anna was at the doctors and got her first vacination. She have been crying all night and I got 5 hours of sleep.... Not consecutive, but more like 1 hour sleep, 1 hour draggin a screaming kid with fever around the place, one hour sleep, 1 hour dragging... I think you got the picture. I am wasted today. I have to work from 10-17 tomorrow, but I plan on having some time next week to do some gameadding and writing more in the forums.
I hope every is doing good, and I hope you got the job PA.

How was your theaterplay? Went everything alright?

Hope you get some sleep this weekend. And if you´re up again all night, trying to calm down Anna take a weekend beer on my cost after she sleeps again...

Cheers!

I´ve been quite busy the last weeks. But I think I will have some more time during the next few days (or maybe weeks). But when the weather is nice I most certainly won´t spent this time in front of my computer...

I´ll take a beer! Anyone else in here who wants one too??

Grab me one too. I have been so incredibly busy these last few weeks, but everything is looking very much up for me at the moment. One more week and I am off work for 5 weeks!
I hope to be able to add a lot of games, and play some too in the coming days...

I went back to check up on OG, and was quite surprised by how good it was looking. They've started an experimental wiki, and that seems awesome. If it's there to stay, I'll want to participate in that.

I know. I was just sending out a warning that I might go spend some time there again. ;) If that wiki works out, it'll be truly awesome.

I haven't visited OG more than once since DL took over again. But mostly out of habit, since if ever there was a time when I wanted to visit OG then this is it. :D (Apart from WAAAAAYYYYY back.)

I too know what's being busy. I also know what's being lazy. ATM. I am both of them - not a good combination...

What comes to the privilegies question you asked C... It seems there's not an interface for editing such privilegies yet :| IE, it needs to be changed straight into the database... I'll do that, and I promise I'll think of doing some things for this site when I have time to concentrate on it...

I also believe we should try upgrading to phpbb3 which has gone to RC 1 stage. At some point... I also believe it would be incredibly good for this site to get an active coder............ :( There's tons of things that should be done, and no one is really doing those things at the moment...
