OK, now I get a flood of guesses that are all pretty much correct.

I guess Chroelle was first and close enough to:

the dome from either a railroad tank car or off a propane/LNG tank. I see lots of propane tanks with these domes out in the countryside, but don't know if they are in Europe too like this.

I guess Chroelle can go now...

Nope, it's not in Germany. And the stock exchange is in Frankfurt (wiki) by the way.
