Great tune.

I must check posts by others more often.

I went to the concert by Irish group God Is An Astronaut. Classified as post-rock for mysterious reasons (maybe because of lack of song lyrics?), they are actually a metal band giving highly energetic shows. Recommended to CWF members, especially that - looking at GIAA's tour schedule - I see all "CWF countries" on the list.

During last days, whenever I had computer turned on I was listening mainly to two artists: Beck and Todd Terje.

Beck's new album is very good, I don't know why but its melancholy reminds me of second album by David Gilmour and it's generally very floydish.

As for Todd Terje, it's new name to me, I heard him in radio in the middle of the night and went to check his music on YouTube. Very good stuff, Drasir, you might like it as you seem to be into idm genre. 8)

If it's of any interest for you, one of my friends (now dead) once called me the bass player of the world.

There is something interesting in his wild thought; I'm great in inspiring, bad in following. ^^ Bass players usually just prepare the ground for others, they're sort of soil. This thouroughly prepared ground is later taken by various soloists - piano or guitar or other instruments players who receive all accolades. But they wouldn't receive these accolades if there wasn't the guy responsible for these small touches that make the whole perfect.

Yes, everything is in tune.

Why the tune so frequently comes in fours, this is beyond me at the moment. Fours probably echoe twos and twos probably echoe zeros.

Just forget it. What other music you are interested in, Drasir?

Can't really say any specific genre. But you asked for it, so here are some songs i like atm.

I guess i like sort of epic music that gets the adrenaline running and creates a feeling of something bigger than yourself. But also some good chillout music to relax to.

This Zircon band (project?) is really good. Similarly to the band Kamp!, which I tried to popularize here, it does nothing new, but what it does it delivers almost perfectly.

One of the most positive songs from one of the most positive bands in the known Uni.

Some of these words were created by children with cerebral palsy and not fall far from Sigur Ros's (previously Enigma had this in mind) concept of falling into innocence. Still, it's not words that count, it's the music merged with your..feelings (?). If you want me to translate, translation is easy.

What am I listening to??

.. A few months ago, the guy next door started dating a new woman. Now, months later, she's moved in, and instead of the blissful silence we used to get whilst he was out at work all day, we now get stupidly loud, awfully terrible music, all smegging day, every smegging day.

Now: Depeche Mode "Policy of truth". I love this band. I like Daves vocal very much. It's for me the best music group. And I like AC/DC, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Disclosure too.
