I changed my avatar. my old one was an illustration of Siudmak used for the cover of 'Dune Messiah'.

My new avatar is Ulysses from the French/Japanese 80's cartoon Ulysse 31.

So, my current avatar, which is becoming prone to change, because I like new stuff ever so often, is a very nice lady looking for love; with a sword. She goes by the name "White Ninja" and was made by Kaja Foglio for a card game dubbed "Shadowfist." The sword detail is a little lost on the small avatar, but it is a very nice touch. I'm recording her here in case I suddenly morph into something else.

Okay.. I got bored of staring at my old avatar. So I decided I'll try to update my avatar based on which whiskey I am currently enjoying :) (I happend to like whiskeys, and I do usually enjoy couple of drinks at weekends... And occasionally also at week if the whiskey is good enugh ;) So here it goes:

Chivas Regal, 12 yrs old blended scotch.
And I do like this one. At first it did not taste too good, but then I took some coffee and tasted the whiskey while sipping the coffee... Chivas turned out to be quite excellent. It tastes so sweet at the tip of ones tongue, and later the nice arome stays on your mouth. I believe I'll spend a while with this stuff :)

You know, Chivas Regal was the first whiskey I ever tried. ;) My dad used to buy it tax free (I think it was the only one they carried in the duty free shop).

Then I better post my avatar in here too, since it took me quite some time to find it, and a good bit of effort to make it fit in here.

Will Eisners Spirit was one of the first not-classic comics I read. I really love the hero Spirit, and I still try to find the comics if I come by a comic-store or a fleemarket.

Well I mean classic as in Lucky Luke, Garfield, etc...
I feel Spirit fell under a new cathegory...

But it seems there are more than me in here that liked Spirit alot....

I've kind of liked the Crystalman from Megaman-series, but the problem with that one was that it's a bit too small.

I have several other avatars I've used on other forums, but as they're mostly Finnish, the avatars might also be quite obscure. Like this one.

Just thought it was about time, that I got myself a new avatar! :D:D

Dunno if I'll keep it, only time will tell... ;)
I'm keeping the penguin style, though... This time it's just gone a bit more mad ;)

What do you think? :D

Oh, by the way.. Does anybody have some kind of picture editing program, that can cut out the white around the new penguin, so it's only the penguin, and a complete transparent background? If yes, would you do me a favour? :):)

Would it be possible that you could make it a GIF image with a transparent background? But that resolution might make it a bit large in kilobytes, maybe.
