Re: What games are you playing currently

I did something totally unexpected and got a PS4 and Destiny.

Now I have three things connected to my TV that can play Netflix.

Re: The little Inn by the wayside

I think the whole phpBB approach is quite old school. I personally like what the Discourse guys are trying to do (demo).

Re: The little Inn by the wayside

So, the question becomes, what is that you guys want to save? What are the things that should exist in the next iteration of this community? I've quite lost count of which iteration we're at. Five? (Wayback Machine links to history that will never be written down, but some might find some macabre hu...

Re: The little Inn by the wayside

Ok, I was an idiot for not realizing this before. I went straight to the database, skipping the horrible phpBB interfaces, and deleted all remaining spam accounts that were registered recently. There were over 300.

True, I probably couldn't stand watching it today. But a much younger version of me did enjoy it.

Re: The little Inn by the wayside

It truly boggles the mind how crappy the phpbb's anti-spam features are and how insanely difficult it is for mods or admins to do anything about it. Eveyrthing takes at least 10 clicks.

phpbb is dead. a carcass that the spam vultures feast upon.

Re: Cinema

"Dead Poets Society" is his worst movie? Maybe you should watch more movies with Robin Williams then. The guy made awful stuff like "Flubber", "Popeye", "Toys", "Mrs. Doubtfire" and "Hook". The first three I agree with, but what's with the...

Generally 2 in Kickstarter

The freeware racing game Generally is getting a sequel. The developers are running a Kickstarter campaign for Generally 2.

The sequel will be available on PC, Mac and Linux and there will also be a freeware version available. There's also an early demo of the new game on the Kickstarter page.

Trials Fusion

The two games I've been working on for the past 1,5 years have both been now successfully launched. Trials Fusion is the next-gen version of Trials games, so if you have Xbox One or a PS4 (or even Xbox360 or PC), it's quite fun. Q66R65fatR0 The other game was, of course, Trials Frontier, which is ou...

Re: Interesting pictures, videos and flash animations

Thanks, if you want to play the classic 2D version of Trials, they're available for free as Trials Legends . The real break-through games though were Trials HD and Trials Evolution on the Xbox 360, but they were packaged as Trials Evolution Gold for PC last year (there's a demo). At this point, I wo...

The Humble Indie Bundle 11 is here. A really solid line-up, although again I have almost all the games listed. Pay what you want for the magical Mex-inspired action-platformer, Guacamelee! Gold Edition, the gorgeous action RPG, Dust: An Elysian Tail, the atmospheric puzzle-platformer, The Swapper an...

Re: The little Inn by the wayside

Congratulations, it has finally been noticed. For your FYI, for this achievement, we've deposited £100 pounds into your account that you're free to take out of any nearby ATM machine assuming you remember your PIN number. Maybe get yourself a new LCD display? Or a phone that supports the GPS system?...
