Re: It's the middle of the night
Well I got another weekends worth of feeling good about myself done. Got some grass sown, sanded some boards which then completes the addict (storage room, not junkie) I built in our bedroom. I also got time to play with both my girls individually, and that is in spite of me being out till 1.30 last...

Re: Diaspora: Shattered Armistice
Sounds interesting. Can you give me a guess on how much gametime is in it? And what is the learning curve like? I would like to find something good to sink my teeth into, but I cannot find time enough for a steep learning curve. I want something I can put down and pick up 2 weeks later without forge...

Then you have to go find it and read it. I loved it as a kid and well into my teens.

Nice to know that justice is getting not only served but called out for show. Scythe - I hope things are looking up. I learned the same thing, but also learned that blowing off some steam and telling people in here about my issues was relieving. Mostly because noone in here would likely know the oth...

Sorry to hear Raillo. I hope that your investment at least takes off. :) And regarding PAger - well I just went and looked and his Facebook account has been disabled. I have no idea how to contact him unless he left info in the thread we made some 6 years ago or so, so we could get in touch if we st...

Re: Guess the comic
How about if I tell you that the main character is the guy holding on and standing with the long ponytail - that has a VERY significant role in the comic. Oh and his name is Alef...something.

Re: Looking for beta testers! (FREE premium account)
I believe we are ok with a link but we might need to move the topic to our game development HELP forum, where people offer their help and developers can ask for help.

Re: Experiments with kids
The great thing about kids is that they have a tendency to find enthusiasm in things if you show them enthusiasm for it. That was how my dad gave me a passion for watching opera, and for digging myself into stuff. Now at a late stage in life he is giving me a passion for gardening, simply by showing...

Re: Experiments with kids
I actually wrote stuff like that in the first post, and instantly felt a little bad for doing so. Its amazing what fatherhood does. The whole week is EXTREMELY educational, and there is no slashing and random cutting. They are taught where to cut, and how to make a proper piece of meat for cooking, ...

Re: The little Inn by the wayside
I remember. I guess we all get these slots of time in our lives where we cannot find the time to visit the forums. Mine is lurking all over my sparetime at the moment. I am finding it hard to get any online time, as there are so many things both at work, and at home that I need to tend to. But Tormu...
