“A Journey through Middle-Earth”, is an interesting Chrome experiment. It is a multimedia experience based around "The Hobbit".

Re: Lost Legends

After having played this some more, i'm gonna have to change my opinion on it. The game looks simplistic, but pretty. But it's unfinished. There's no need at all to use mana potions because you regenerate mana instantly after using it. You get plenty of arrows despite there not being any bows. There...

Re: Macrocosm

Remember to save frequently because you can die in this game. Use "examine" on any and all objects that are mentioned. I also had a lot of trouble with the parser. It's necessary to say things in a specific way and use specific words for it to react. I spent a lot of time guessing and usin...

Tried this game on Windows 8, and it does start up, but when starting a new game it freezes and crashes.

Re: What games are you playing currently

At the moment i'm playing Port Royale 2. At first glance, it seemed like an unappealing trading game, but once i spent a day or two getting into it, it got pretty exciting. You get into the whole feeling of the game, that you're a caribbean trader, building up your business empire and hiring captain...

I decided to have a look at this game again to check if i still mean what i wrote earlier. Also because the game has had some updates since then. It looks like a more polished and complete game now than i remember. You still have to use an analog controller in order to control it properly. And you h...

Stunt Rally

Stunt Rally is based on VDrift's simulation engine, but is using Ogre for rendering. It has 146 tracks and 19 cars, one of which is the Batmobile. It's a really pretty game, with some crazy tracks. Overall it feels like a really solid game. It also has an editor. https://code.google.com/p/vdrift-ogr...

Re: Sugar Cube

A charming little puzzler. It's a bit short, but the story does wrap itself up. I like the puzzle element. It's not something i've seen before. And the artwork between levels also gives some personality to the character and the whole game. I think it's a good game, not great, since it's fairly short...
