Not that it's any help anymore...but I would have suggested removing the printers and Printer Ports configured. Restarting the computer and adding them again. This may reinstall the DLL file...but then again, it may not...

Try another vid card in your computer if you have one. I find sometimes that there might be a conflict between codecs and drivers. Is your vid card manufactured by GeForce or does it only use that chipset? If it has a different manufacturer, you might need to get those drivers...instead of the nVidi...
