Probably not. It's the same in the school where I work. Students can't change any settings or installations. There's either a security hardware or software that prevents them from doing so. History and cookies get deleted automatically.
I'm trying some .sol editing on the school PC but every time the PC is restarted the history, cookies anything related to internet and installations is removed/replaced with the old versions. Any way to stop/bypass it?

It depends. If you cheat in multiplayer games you violate their terms and conditions (most of the time). Most of the time you get a year ban for hacking. Warning for a minor and permaban for something like changing game currency.

You can speedhack on adventure games if you know how. It's pretty simple just a program, click here, change speed, click apply. Done

Multiplayer games is a strict NO CHEATING what so ever.. It can be so harmless. Perhaps, but it gives an unfair advantage in some way.. Nope. The real word for changing the speed of the game is speedhack. Cheating is using codes in the game that give you money, points, etc. An example game is CoD4 GTAVC or SA
