I am happy mostly because "yesterday's gone" (to quote a song). Since yesterday was awful - I've got to go on a business trip, I was driving for more than 6 hours total - attended two meetings (whole f%#!@$ day), was caught by the police on the way back - and have to pay the fine (bastards...

I am not happy today - monday, and I've got to go to work. But I was happy yesterday after cleaning up our garden and watching growing flowers. They are s...

I play the guitar. I've started when I was 15 (as I remember). It was hard at the beggining. But now - it is pure pleasure. Firstly - I have played a classical guitar (nylon strings) a few years ago I bought myself an electric one. Of course - the classical one is not left on the shelf :D. I still k...

For me (aprart from Ultima series - which is great) another one that needs to be crowned is Might&Magic. The amount of space you have there, the multitude of options and stuff, total non-linearity (almost to the point of not having an exact plot - which is good for me) is just overwhelming.

Baldurs Gate series is a good choice. Among the best RPGs I have ever played. If you like try out Might And Magic (from part VI up should work without any problems). For me - they are just great. But...3D to some extent (flat sprites). So - disqualified. Pity - a great game. Or rather Great Game s O...

Is "^_^" a smile, or a question? If it is the question - then the only game I can think of is ADOM - and the screenshot presents an altar between two mountains :Nerd: Ok, just kidding =). I am sure I have played this game, remember this knight. Wasn't there an option to play 2 players game...

You ar absolutely right Pitkin-san :). Commando. First level (area 01 on top), and you are right that this screen does not come from Commodore version. Although Comm ando and Comm odore sound good together =) I might have asked - where does come from, but I won't :D It is from ZX Spectrum. You may g...

Yes, you are right. Your turn eMTe.
Well - it wasn't hard for anybody who once played ZX Spectrum games. Since it was one of the most popular games back in 1984-85. Level of popularity similar to DOOM.

I am replaying Might and Magic. Right now it is part VI - Mandte of Heaven.
This game is just fantastic. A bit crude...but, anyway - one of the best RPGs I have played. It is a pity I cannot run older parts on my computer.

No. But quite close - I mean - the idea of the game is a bit similar (graphics too), but the producer, story and background - totally different.

I voted 'no' since in common sense I don't cheat - I don't use any secret codes etc. since it absolutely destroys all fun. But - anyway - in my oppinion I am a cheater, since I save games not only at times when I must go away from the computer. But just to keep my character from dying too fast. This...

4- The problem with electricity is that it's needed in the right amount at the precise time, if you don't have accumulators? (not sure how it's spelled) like in Wind Power stations, you must have exactly the same amount that it's required (less induces shortage, more induces waste), so A Nuclear po...

Yes - there wasn't any number. I put it purposely, just in case someone will ask "which part"?
The full (and proper) title was: "Sid Meier's Civilization"

The same idea - screenshot and "Name the Game" question.

This is Civilization I.
