I think this my quietest Christmas day I can remember. Present giving was minimal, the food was adequate (instead of over-indulgent), and generally nothing good or bad of note happened all day. Perfectly forgettable. I loved it :p

Guess I did again, huh :/

Well, it was System 3's Turbocharge. Highly regarded in its day, but not now I guess :D

Anyway, I think a seasonal title is appropriate for the next one. If no-one gets this after a week I think it's fair to hand the reins to someone else.

Alright, I think this has tortured you enough :p http://www.thelegacy.de/pics/cover/Thumb/d/TNDrelbs.jpg That's right. It's Drelbs! And if it's any consolation, I had a hard time trying to remember its name as well. Then I realised it came in the same compilation pack I got Fort Apocalypse on... Oka...

Noticed the original message wasn't stated in the article, or on wii's site (or if it is, they hid it well). So here it is: " Introducing … Wii. As in "we." While the code-name Revolution expressed our direction, Wii represents the answer. Wii will break down that wall that separates ...

He's probably talking about Lex. He was a legendary anti-sleeper.

Anyone silly enough to rely on a little strap like that deseves a broken tv :p Why would you let go of the controller when you are swinging it around like that anyway? I'm not going to make cheap shots at those guys for fear of jinxing myself :p When you're excited and getting tired, I think it's q...

Echo to the sentiments about not making this another OG. I was a little scared about voicing opinion so my meek tongue-in-cheek opposition was all that registered just now. And now I'm left without much to add :p eMTe's thoughts are good. Much more in keeping with what this place is supposed to be a...

I'd like to recommend the following addition:

Biggest grouch

I'd also like to stake an early claim in it by complaining about all these forum awards ceremonies we have year in, year out :p I mean, hasn't the novelty worn off by now?

Gendo and Dizi - have neither of you bought Wii Sports?? Wii Sports is bundled with the console, so no we didn't buy it :p I'm glad they did as well. It's a good demonstration of what the Wii can do to appeal. My dad is rarely coaxed into playing any videogames, but he had a little go on this yeste...

Not only a double post. It's almost a duplicate from the one you did in the bar :p I don't think anyone has bought Wii Play for the game  It's a good way of getting hold of an extra remote at the moment, what with the standalone controllers being so hard to get. In fact, (possibly a fib, but I...

Aww, commiserations Diz. Nintendo got pretty much everything right in the run up to launch so even if they put out more consoles than one might expect for a launch they had no chance of meeting the insane demand they drummed up for it. Even the controllers are in terribly short supply... My console ...

Looks like Etherlords to me.

Picked it up for a fiver about 3 years ago. I found the card game aspect of it addictive for a while. I traded it in last year, meaning to get the sequel later on but... yeah, I never got round to it :p

Pre-ordered as soon as I could, along with a copy of Zelda. Expectations are high and I really hope I'm not disappointed :)

Hah! I'm not the one who is genderally (is that a word? o.O) confused this time :p

I can feel my willpower cracking though. About the only thing stopping me from my descent into Ruri-oblivion is Detective Gumshoe, pal.
